Prices
At BECH, all prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes for orders within Denmark.
For international orders, prices may be shown and charged in other currencies depending on the customer’s location and selected payment method.

Please note that for customers outside Denmark, local VAT, import duties, and customs fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior notice and to be sold out of stock.

Payment
BECH accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay. Payment will not be deducted from your account until the item is dispatched. All amounts for Danish orders are in DKK and include VAT.

For international orders, payments may appear in the local currency and are processed at the exchange rate determined by your payment provider at the time of purchase. BECH reserves the right to correct pricing errors and may have items that are sold out or discontinued.

Delivery
BECH aims to dispatch orders placed before 5 pm on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.

Delivery within Denmark
Shipping within Denmark starts at 50 DKK. Orders are shipped with PostNord or GLS and delivered within 1–3 business days. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified at checkout.

Note: If there is no space at the selected collection point, the package may be redirected to the nearest available point, and you will be notified. If any issues arise, please contact customer service.
International delivery
We are pleased to offer international shipping for our customers. 

Delivery times and shipping rates vary by destination:

  • Nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, Finland): 3–7 business days

  • EU countries: 5–10 business days

  • Outside EU (including UK, USA, Australia, etc.): 7–21 business days depending on customs clearance

All international shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note that customers outside Denmark are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their local authorities.
These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee from BECH.

If an order is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the return shipping and any associated costs will be deducted from the refund.

Right to Complain
There is a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers material and/or manufacturing defects. You can have the item repaired, replaced, receive a refund, or a price reduction depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover faults or damages caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must file a complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. BECH will cover return shipping costs within reasonable limits.

Refunds
If a refund is due, please provide your bank details (account and registration numbers) so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided safely by email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for fulfilling the refund.

Right of Withdrawal 
You have a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop.

The period starts from the day:
- You receive the order.
- You physically receive the last item if it involves an agreement on several different items in one order delivered separately or in parts.
- You receive the last part if it involves goods consisting of multiple parts.
- You receive the first item if it involves regular delivery over a specific period.

You must cover the return shipping costs. The withdrawal must be notified to us within 14 days of purchase, and from the notification, you must return the shipment within 14 days. Notification must be given via email to info@becharchive.com, where you clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return an item to us, please complete the attached Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without notifying us.

Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal
The following items are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
- Items made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Items that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.
- Goods with a broken seal.
- Completed non-financial services, where delivery of the service has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal expires when the service is fully performed.
- Delivery of digital content not on a physical medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that this means losing the right of withdrawal.
- Newspapers, journals, or magazines except for subscription agreements for such publications.
- Agreements concluded at a public auction.
- Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly.

Returns & Exchanges
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. For customers in and outside Denmark, all returns must also be made at the buyer’s own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of returned items. BECH is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged. A copy of the order confirmation should be included. Processing will go faster if you also complete and include our Withdrawal Form. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we receive it back. We do not accept packages sent with COD.

Condition of the Item Upon Return
You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the item's nature, characteristics, and functioning. In other words, you can try the item as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it will be considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, only part or none of the purchase amount will be refunded, depending on the item's commercial value at the time of return. To receive a full refund, you must test the item without actually using it.

Refunds
If you cancel your purchase, the amount you paid will be refunded to you. In the event of any diminished value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to withdraw. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you have provided documentation of having returned it.

To enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:

We process your personal information to deliver the item to you and handle inquiries regarding your purchase. Processing is done following the rules in our privacy policy for BECH, where you can read more about how your information is processed, when it is deleted, and what rights you have as a registered user.
